Top-Rated Investor Relations Officer, IRC and CPA, Laura Kiernan has founded and launched High Touch Investor Relations (HTIR). HTIR is an exclusive and boutique IR firm with unique strategies and trusted reputations to help clients’ firms be recognized in the capital markets with full and fair valuation.

Laura Kiernan, who most recently served as SVP of Investor Relations for Ubiquiti Networks, recently decided to start her own IR firm. As a more than 25-year veteran in the industry, with her MBA, CPA, IRC (Investor Relations Charter) and banking licenses, she brings her corporate finance and capital markets skill set and talents to a wider range of potential investors. Building on her work with the Girl Scouts and lecturing at Northeastern University, she also envisions coaching and mentoring high potentials, especially young women, in her venture. “After receiving the Harvard Business School Women on Boards director education credential this year, I felt it was my duty and obligation to build a network that includes not only mentoring others in small to medium sized business, universities and community organizations, but also breaking out on my own to best serve clients,” says CEO, Laura Kiernan.

Laura recently received recognition from high profile Institutional Investor in November, as voted by the global buy-side and sell-side. She ranked second for Best IRO on the All-American Management Team 2019 for publicly listed Small & Midcap TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) Companies for her role at Ubiquiti Networks. Laura is a Board Member of NIRI New York, and serves as VP Programs. She is on the NIRI National IRC Examination Development Committee and is a NIRI National Advocacy Agenda Ambassador to Washington DC. She and her colleagues plan to speak at the NIRI Annual Summit in Phoenix in June 2019 on a variety of IR related topics.
