Communicating the investment thesis is paramount to getting fair value for any company. High Touch IR assists management in communicating the company’s strategy to The Street including developing the communications strategy and investment thesis, and drafting of quarterly and interim press releases, scripts, presentations, annual report and other materials.

Targeting
Getting the right investors into a company’s equity is one of the most important aspects of investor relations both to align investors with the strategy and management and to make best use of managements time. High Touch IR works with the management team to target the most appropriate investor base for the company in the U.S., Europe and other international venues.

Street Liaison
High Touch IR is prepared to act as the first point of contact to Wall Street on behalf of the company to explain the company’s investment thesis, interact with activist shareholders, media and other constituents as necessary. We assist in managing Street expectations and will accompany management as necessary to conferences, events and non-deal road-shows.
